Danny Richard is Founder and President of People N Safety, Inc., a consulting practice specializing in leadership-based™ and behavioral-based safety processes. He attended Stephen F. Austin University and is a Master Trainer for the National Center for Construction, Education, and Research Foundation. Danny is a safety innovator and entrepreneur with more than 35 years in the construction and maintenance industries. In 1992, he began to create and reshape the way people experience safety. Since then he has been creating and implementing leadership-based™, and behavior-based safety processes for large and small organizations and has presented his programs worldwide.
Known as a storyteller, thought-provoking, and energetic speaker, he partners with organizations to harness their unique power to achieve extraordinary performance.
